MEET THE LION
John Leo "The Lion" Dato
Dato is a professional filipino boxer out of Santa Maria, CA.
He was born in Bangar La Union, PI and moved to the United States when he was 7 years old.​
Dato's boxing career started in 2010 when his coach Raul Anguiano showed John his real passion.
Since then Dato has expanded his team to include his coaches Raul Anguiano and Tony #, along with his manager Andres Moreno.
JLD Boxing Academy is the newest addition to the family, but has created a home for the team.
